It would be easy for me to talk about health subjects.  I've got some of the most delicious and nutritious ways to make life better.  I'm so excited to create some basics, as in bear necessities.  shorts, shirts, rings, dresses or sexy business chic, simple designs look best on me, I prefer streamlining my look, you may too.   I do not think it's going to be hard.  Some of the new looks are crocheted, I do this, I can either recycle clothes or art with design accents.   Im seeing it now, as though my work has not seen light and is sewing or mending itself together to make everlasting life.  A memory or short design full of words that capture an essence worth capturing. Why can life be so miserable for some when there is only creation in waiting. I'm so blessed, because I have everything I need and more because I do actually still have my sanity.  My life situationis a little be of a test with madness across the hall way and a confusion of energy in the living room, I really only have a few things left in our mutual places, just a few potatoes left.

It sure seems to satisify and is absolutely delicious, I use grapeseed oil and or olive oil with REAL SALT!!!

Anything is possible where there's a will there's a way.  I got bit by spiders not too long ago, brown recluse, and or black widow, I've got the scars to prove it.  If you need to know on an emergency basis what to do.  Well ask someone who knows from experience.   I bet we can avoid any scarring this time.  Live in fear?  Why when there is an answer for every need, like the Native Americans believe.  



I wrote a song the other night.  It'll be better if I can youtube it for you.  I need a good beat to start and a rapper streaming over my words, That's one version, the other just using the words as a lounge feel, blues.   A bass guitar and a bass drum, forget the words then sing along.

I came home to find my things on the floor,  Why are some children full grown?  Rollercoasters are the American past time.  Disney land, seven flags, family life full of do as I say's.
